The challenge

Design a field sales enablement app that demonstrates Sightpath Medical as a trustworthy choice for physicians looking to expand their surgical capacity.

Sightpath Medical provides mobile ophthalmic surgery solutions for surgeons and facilities across the United States, allowing practices to expand patient services without capital investments. Outside sales reps needed a way to explain the “surgery-as-a-service” model and showcase financial comparisons.

What we did

• Led interface design and mobile development for a field sales enablement tool called Profit Projector 
• Developed a content strategy that positions Sightpath Medical as an optimal, trustworthy choice
• Created a way for outside sales reps to move conversations beyond price and terms to decision-making.
